Welcome to Heiring Australia Pty Ltd. When you choose to purchase our products, you are subject to the following terms and conditions. We advise you to please read these conditions carefully prior to purchase, as once items have been bought, you are agreeing to abide with these.

ORDERING: PRE-ORDERS/BACKORDERS 

If we have your ordered styles in stock here in Australia, we will dispatch from our premises within 2 working days of placing and/or receiving payment for the order.  However, if your pieces have to be imported from Denmark, which we do around once a month, it may be 3 to 5 weeks to your door from date of order, depending on when your order falls within our import cycle.  You are always welcome to check with us on our stock levels of specific items by emailing us at hello@heiring.com.au

Placement of pre-orders/backorders is confirmation that you have read and understood the following:

Pre-order/backorder item/s mean you are ordering an item not yet in stock.

Depending on the product, production and lead times before dispatch can be 3-5 weeks from time of ordering.

Your item will then be dispatched by us and Australia Post delivery times will apply.

Orders will not be dispatched on Saturday, Sunday or public holidays.

We cannot accept any cancellations to your order once you have placed it due to stock commitments with our head office in Denmark.

Before your order is dispatched, we personally inspect your items to ensure they are in perfect condition. Your items are then carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in the exact same condition.

We are unable to redirect goods once the order has been dispatched.

We do not take responsibility for any unforeseen circumstances which may cause your delivery to be delayed. These include strikes, natural disasters and any other reason beyond our control.

PRICING

All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Australian orders are subject to 10% GST.

We reserve the right to change pricing at our discretion and without notice.

We accept both PAYPAL and STRIPE as payment methods

Both accept all major credit cards

You can make payments quickly, easily and more securely. Your bank, credit card and personal details are never shared. These payment methods prevent fraud and offer protection against unauthorised transactions.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

FOR DELIVERY WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Free shipping Australia wide on orders over $200.00 AUD

For shipping of orders under $200.00 AUD within Australia, a flat rate charge of $10.00 AUD will apply.

All orders are sent within Australia via a tracking service provided by Australia Post.

Depending on your location, delivery time ranges from 2-5 days up to 7 days in some regional areas. All customers will receive confirmation of shipping and tracking details via email.

Goods will require a signature on delivery. Please ensure you provide a suitable daytime address where someone will be available to sign between 9am – 5pm

FOR DELIVERY TO NEW ZEALAND

A flat rate of $35.00 AUD applies to all orders to New Zealand

Delivery is via Australia Post’s Express International service – taking (approximately) 3 to 8 working days. This service offers a tracking number so you can track your order online.

Goods will require a signature on delivery. Please ensure you provide a suitable daytime address where someone will be available to sign between 9am – 5pm

Custom charges may be applicable from time to time, as dictated by the governing bodies of New Zealand. Custom charges, duties and taxes are not covered in our shipping fees and, if incurred, are payable by the customer.

RETURNS POLICY & PROCEDURE

This returns policy is only for online purchases made through this online store.

If you have purchased Heiring Jewellery from an approved stockist/retailer, then you must visit or contact that store directly with your issue.

Please note that we do not offer a refund or exchange for change of mind for online purchases made through this online store.

Before your purchase is shipped, we personally inspect your items/s to ensure that they are in perfect condition. Your item/s are then carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in the exact same condition.

Jewellery that has been worn, damaged, mistreated or modified by the purchaser is not considered a manufacturing fault and most definitely not the responsibility of Heiring Australia Pty Ltd. Chains, rings & earrings that have been ‘caught & snagged’ are not manufacturing faults and will not be replaced or exchanged.

We will replace any items that may have what we consider to be a manufacturing fault.

Returns will only be considered for replacement within a period deemed reasonable by us.

Due to health regulations, there is no return or exchange on earrings.

In the unforeseen circumstances that goods should arrive faulty or are incorrect, the following procedure should be followed:

Contact us within seven (7) days of receipt of your item/s.

You must notify us by email to obtain a return authority number.

Returns without prior notification and return authority number will not be accepted.

If a replacement or credit is justified, item/s are required to be sent directly back to us and you will then be issued with a replacement item, credit note or refund.

Item/s must be returned in their original packaging and in an unused condition.

The returned item is your responsibility until it is in our receipt. We recommend that returned item/s be shipped using ‘sign for’ delivery.
